David is the newest member of the NIRCA Executive Council, joining the website committee in the fall of 2007, and formally being recognized as the Webmaster at the National Championships in 2007. In addition to updating this website he also helps clubs set up their own NIRCA-hosted websites. David is a junior at the University of Oregon studying biochemistry.

 David finished 10th at the 2007 NIRCA National Championships, where his team swept the title. He is also lives the farthest west out of all the Council members, being from the University of Oregon.
