Julia Stulock, Membership Director, Executive Director

Stulock is the main organization contact for all NIRCA member clubs and, as Executive Director, is also responsible for overseeing the Executive Council. Julia graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2008 with her B.A. in psychology. Currently working on her master's degree in sport management at the University of Connecticut, she still competes in NIRCA races for the school's running club. Julia is one of the co-founders of NIRCA who attended the first conference in May 2006.
