Have your runners sign this form, then turn it into your University Registrar to verify the information (be aware that this process can take up to 2+ weeks at some institutions). To remain eligible for Nationals, mail the verified form by Saturday, November 7th, 2009 to:

Team Eligibility: All member clubs are required to attend at least one NIRCA sanctioned race prior to Nationals. This is the one and only way for clubs to qualify for the Club XC Championship. Teams may petition to wave this rule if their distance from available NIRCA races is not reasonable.

Individual Eligibility: Currently there are no individual qualification standards since Nationals eligibility is based solely upon meeting the "one race prior" rule mention above. Individuals must be full-time students with fewer than 6 years of collegiate (NIRCA, NCAA, NAIA, etc) racing experience.

Pricing:

• If the $600 dues option was chosen, all Nationals entries are free of charge.
• If the $200 dues option was chosen or if a club joined this year, Nationals entry is $20/runner.
