2007 NIRCA Championships | Eligibility
Academic Eligibility:
1) NIRCA Eligibility Form (link)
Have your runners sign this form, then turn it into your University
Registrar to verify the information (be aware that this process can take
up to 2+ weeks at some institutions). To remain eligible for Nationals,
mail the verified form by Saturday, November 1st, 2008 to:

2) Electronic Roster (link)
Clubs must also submit an Electronic Roster to Stephanie Bartley -
sbartley@clubrunning.org - All names on the Eligibility Form must match
this Electronic Roster.
Team Eligibility: All member clubs are required to attend at least one NIRCA sanctioned race prior to Nationals. This is the one and only way for clubs to qualify for the Club XC Championship. Teams may petition to wave this rule if their distance from available NIRCA races is not reasonable.
Individual Eligibility: Currently there are no individual qualification standards since Nationals eligibility is based solely upon meeting the "one race prior" rule mention above.
These regulations can be found in section 3.1 of the NIRCA Constitution.
