Terrain: The course is brand new to the city of Indianapolis, and NIRCA has one of the first opportunities to race on it.

Strategy will be key as the course is a 2k loop: men will run it 4 times, and women will run the loop 3 times. The race will be similar (but not guaranteed identical) to this course.

Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.

Awards: Top 10 individuals in each race.
Top 3 teams in each race.

PARKING:
Do not park in the neighborhoods.
Enter Martin Park via 16th Street, Diagonal Parking instructions for autos by CC course monitors will be along Fall Creek Parkway bordering park property (west side of street) and along east side of street bordering park property.

Buses & vans should enter from the north end paved parking lot near 16th Street.

Other information:
For this year’s NIRCA Regional Championship, athletes, coaches and parents will have the opportunity to design your own souvenir and have your Official event merchandise printed right before your eyes. Choose from a variety of styles and colors along with unique design options.

Water may be available, but please plan to bring your own.

Restrooms (portajohns) will be located on site.

Please avoid parking in neighborhoods. Police will direct parking and traffic near the park entrance for pedestrian safety.
