Course Location:
DCR's Great Brook Farm State Park
Carlisle, MA

Terrain: 6k: Two loops around a varied Pine Point loop. From the start, you go straight onto the Pine Point loop, you do a small bump around the shoot and keep going on the Pine Point loop. When you almost complete the loop, you break off on a path to the right and head back towards the start. You do a bump around the start and then you run the loop again. The second time you do this, you run straight into the shoot.

8K: Again two loops around a varied Pine Point loop, but instead of doing a third loop, the men will cross the road and do a loop of the Litchfield loop/Hillside trail. They then cross the road back and head straight for the shoot.

Spikes can be worn at the runner's discretion.
