Cancellation is allowed up until 1/31 at 11:59PM. Otherwise clubs will be obligated for registered runners.
Eligibility: This is a QUALIFYING event.
All competitors are student members of a NIRCA member club.
An individual runner's participation in this event meets one of the qualifying criteria to race at Nationals.
